Joe L. Ochoa

Mr. Joe Ochoa has over 38 years in Marketing and Promotion experience specializing in
developing large scale Venues, Concerts, Festivals and Special Events. His arena of experience is
working and producing national, regional and city wide special events and celebrations. His
background includes developing entertainment properties for various cities including arenas,
entertainment parks and festival parks. He has worked with Mexican, Italian, German, Polish,
Indian, African, Irish, Arabic, and Asian communities in the USA with many of his events still
recognized as the largest ethnic events in the country.

Currently Mr. Ochoa is a marketing consultant and partner of two companies with headquarters in
San Antonio and Houston, Texas. He is President/Partner of JLO Productions, LLC a national
multi-tier events, promotion and marketing group. He is CEO of Americhi, S.A. de C.V. Coatepec,
Veracruz, Mx., an international investment and acquisitions company in international trades and
commodities with various holdings and developing industries.
