With 28 years igniting young minds across early childhood, elementary, high school, and college levels, my passion for education knows no bounds. From classrooms and administrative roles in San Antonio ISD to championing bilingual and special needs education, I've witnessed firsthand the profound impact of supporting every child's potential. Now, my journey takes me to Círculo de Chispas, where I'm deeply inspired by the mission to illuminate brighter futures for underserved women and children. As an educator, I understand the powerful link between basic needs and educational success. Witnessing the transformative power of ensuring access to essentials like undergarments fuels my commitment to this organization.

 

Beyond education, I actively contribute to the San Antonio community through leadership roles in Altrusa, Pan American League, and TREDDA. Collaboration and community involvement are values I hold dear, and I believe they resonate deeply with Círculo de Chispas' approach. Joining this passionate team allows me to merge my educational expertise with a broader mission of fostering dignity, igniting hope, and unlocking potential. It's an honor to be part of creating a ripple effect of kindness, one child at a time.
